Before paying your bill, always make sure you have your account number or your most recent billing statement on hand.
Sign up for e-billing and autopay
Our number one choice to paying your bill is to sign up for e-billing and autopay. We make it easy when you sign up through our customer account portal, SmartHub. Plus, when you sign up, we’ll give you a one-time $5 account credit. To sign up:
1. Log into your SmartHub Account
2. Go to “Billing and Payments” and Select “Auto Pay Program.” Then click “Sign Up for Auto Pay” and follow the prompts.
Call All West’s billing hotline
Did you know we have a billing hotline? This is so you can pay your bill at your convenience outside of our office hours. Just call 1-855-875-7164.
Mail-in your payment
Everyone likes a good classic, and so we offer the option to mail in your payment when you receive your bill. Mail your payment to: PO BOX 31001-3129, PASADENA, CA 91110-3129.
