Our tech team has made some major improvements over the last couple of months including extending service hours so we can get our customers connected faster. Along with this extension, we can also resolve trouble tickets more efficiently so our customers are always connected.
Our techs in the Rock Springs and Green River area have been focusing on opening bandwidth that was being occupied by Traditional TV. By making this change, not only was All West able to offer a better TV experience on its streaming TV platform, All West.tv, but by converting the channels previously providing TV service into internet channels, we are able to triple the capacity to our customers, making speeds more reliable and gig capable.
